Can anyone help my please with infos / photos regarding the Integer BASIC Apple II “Euromod”? It was the product of Apple formed company called Eurapple, Inc. in 1977 managed by Andre Sousan. The Euro-Mod model is the US Apple ][ with Integer basic and a Euro Modulator which converted the video so it worked on a 60 Hz monitor. It stuck internally to the side of the case. (This is not the later Apple ][ Europlus or ITT 2020.)
The “Preliminary Confidential Offering Memorandum” has some basic information in the appendix C “EURAPPLE ORGANIZATION” and states “Eurapple has already sold, since it began shipping in September, approximately 20 systems in Eurpoe and has approximately 50 systems backlogged as of this date.” I assume production figures are very low and I wonder if there were more information and/or photos available.
Please drop me a line or get in contact we me. I’ll update this article with contributions.
There is a technical document that reveres the Eurocolor card intended to slot 7.
